4. Legal Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

Regulations governing research chemicals vary by country, state, and region. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, import, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order. Srylab does not provide legal advice and accepts no responsibility for orders placed in violation of local law. You agree to indemnify Srylab against any claim arising from your failure to comply with applicable regulations.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through the website and confirmed once payment is received. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency (Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), and Tron (TRX)). Prices are displayed in USD and converted to the relevant cryptocurrency at the time of checkout. Payment is confirmed on-chain; an order is finalized only when the required amount is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched in neutral, unbranded packaging. Estimated international delivery time is 10 to 20 business daysdepending on destination. A private tracking reference is provided upon dispatch. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that importation of the products complies with local customs and regulatory requirements. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, returns are accepted only for unopened products reported within 14 days of delivery, or in the event of a verified shipping error or damaged item. Approved refunds are issued in cryptocurrency. Products that have been opened, altered, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.
